With a selection of 550 different wines - 25 of which are available by the glass - host and sommelier René Donatz takes guests and locals on a veritable wine discovery expedition. His goal: to surprise wine lovers. An exquisite selection of well-known and brand-new wines, and always good value for money. 

The Wine Spectator is also enthusiastic about the wine selection and honours it with the Best of Award of Excellence.

To complement your favourite wine, you can order fine delicacies from our Bistro menu. For example, Vintage Sardines, Angus Beef Tartare, or our Dessert Box that offers a variety of petite delights. Ideal for sampling with friends. Here, every appetite is catered for, large and small.

By the way: Beer and coffee drinkers are also welcome in the Donatz Wine Bar. Meet in the Bistro, outside in our Lounge, or in the Private Room for a cosy get-together.

Wine selection
René Donatz himself travels to each of his chosen wine domaines. He even brings back the tasting glass! In the “Golden Book” - the wine list - the host and sommelier will find the perfect wine for every budget.

Small but fine dishes - prepared from regional products: to match your wine selection, we serve you in the Donatz Wine Bar, for example the Angus Beef tartar, pasta, meat and fish dishes.
